    2. Product Information

    • We try our best to ensure that product images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate.

    • Slight color variation may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

    3. Orders & Pricing

    • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes.

    • Orders are confirmed once payment is received (for online payments) or verified via WhatsApp for COD.

    4. Shipping & Delivery

    • We offer nationwide delivery in Pakistan.

    • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your location.

    5. Returns & Exchanges

    • Return/exchange is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, if:

      • The item is defective or incorrect

      • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

    • Customers must notify us via WhatsApp before returning.

    6. Cancellation

    • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.

    • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues or system errors.

    7. Privacy Policy

    • We respect your privacy. All customer information is kept secure and confidential.

    • Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
